About us

PQA Reading is the local branch of the Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts.

We are a weekend performing arts Academy providing tuition for children and young people from 4-18 years. Each week our kids and young adults have sessions in Comedy & Drama (acting), Musical Theatre (singing & dancing) and Film & Television, led by our awesome team of teachers, all industry professionals in their fields.

Our Reading Academy is open Saturdays 09.45-13.00 and 13.45-17.00. Students spend three hours with us, split into groups according to their age. We also offer a range of other activities like summer schools.
