Access Bookings - Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Wheelchair Positions
Patrons who need or prefer to remain in their wheelchair whilst in our auditorium must be booked into a position designated for wheelchair users as they cannot be accommodated elsewhere. When booking a designated wheelchair position you acknowledge that there will be no seat in that position, to allow space for the wheelchair. Should requirements change, you must contact the Box Office in advance of your visit so that alternate arrangements may be made.
Large, electric and high backed wheelchairs can be accommodated with reasonable adjustment in certain positions only. Please contact the Box Office for guidance.
Wheelchair users who prefer to transfer to a standard seat, should select an aisle seat for easiest access, where available, anywhere in our step free areas. At the Hexagon, step free access is available to all seating in the Arena, and to the front row of the Stalls only. There is no lift access to the balcony. If you are unfamiliar with the seating in any of our venues, please contact the box office prior to making your booking. We will advise on the most appropriate seats to meet your specific needs.
2. Access List Information

All bookings must contain at least one paid for ticket.
