Laughing With Lizzie present a screening of the fantastic BBC adaptation of Emma (2009), with an exclusive full-series screening on the big screen!

Join Emma Woodhouse, Mr Knightley, and the ever-entertaining company of Highbury for a day of romance, misunderstandings, and impeccable Austenian humour.

📍 Venue: Reading Biscuit Factory (Reading, Berkshire, UK)

🕰️ Time: 11.30am–5.50pm
(Approx. 6 hours, with breaks between episodes throughout the day)

Spend the day with fellow Austen enthusiasts watching this brilliant series in a relaxed and cosy cinema setting. The lights will be dimmed (not off), so feel free to bring embroidery, knitting, or quiet crafts to enjoy while you watch.

Exclusive embroidery kit:

There will also be the opportunity to purchase an exclusive embroidery kit designed by Abigail Rose (Abigail Rose Creative) especially for the Emma (2009) screenings, featuring Mr Knightley’s famous rebuke, “Badly done, Emma.” Everything is included — simply bring scissors and a clip light (if you use one.)

There are several paid parking options nearby, including the Broad Street Mall car park, which is only a 2-minute walk from the venue and is open 24 hours.
