Alex Forsyth make shis Oakwood Centre debut, serving up an evening of popular standards, jazz standards Latin, Calypso and Contemporary genres with support from the House Trio

Alex Forsyth has played saxophone and flute in a wide variety of jazz ensembles and barn-dance bands around the Farnham area, also teaching saxophone in many different schools around Surrey and Hampshire. He currently plays lead alto with 2 big bands -‘Farnham Big Band’ and ‘Junction 4’ - and co-hosts the popular ‘Maltings Lunchtime Jazz’ sessions at the Farnham Maltings, where guests have included Nigel Price, Steve Waterman and Tony Woods.
