Walk in the Light- exhibition and play by Reading Quakers

Walk in the Light celebrates the 400th anniversary of the birth of itinerant preacher and Quaker founder George Fox with an exhibition of Quaker heritage and artwork and a short play for all ages.  The Meeting House itself dates from 1835 and is a strikingly spacious and peaceful place. Its burial ground and garden has uniform rows of simple grave-stones including many Victorian Quakers such as the Huntley and Palmer families.
