On Tuesday 19th December, we have not one but TWO amazing pantos at the Centre - all welcome!
🎄Cinderella - 1pm🎄
Come and see the classic panto Cinderella. Written and performed by The Move Up Project, a creative activities project for people with learning disabilities.
Each year Move Up performs a panto at the Rising Sun. This year it will be Cinderella. The panto is written and performed by people with learning disabilities who also make costumes, props and sets. It’s huge amounts of fun – People who come every year say it’s the highlight of their year. Free entry and a free mince pie.

Zap are a comedy group of people with learning disabilities who perform at Reading Fringe and at festivals in Reading. They also put on a Christmas show which this year will be based around Jack and The Beanstalk.
Inspired by the group's involvement with Front Room Theatre’s recent project which focused on Jack and The Beanstalk it will be a chance for the team to showcase their various talents as well as provide an evening of seasonal entertainment. Featuring dance, songs and stand up all part of the classic tale of magic beans and castles in the sky.
