Berkshire Maestros becomes Berkshire Music Trust
Berkshire Maestros are delighted to announce that in line with their new vision, mission and values, they are rebranding as the Berkshire Music Trust this summer. They announced their new name at a Garden Party event, the culmination of their celebrations of having been an educational charity in Berkshire for 40 years.
This event saw alumni from over the years come and perform together again, garden games, birthday cake and a BBQ in the sunshine to celebrate this milestone. Former and current students gathered to remember their time with the organisation and favourite memories of making music in Berkshire. Whether it was the music tours all around the world, making lifelong friends or sharing a passion of making music, everyone came back to commemorate the birthday.

"It was fantastic to celebrate 40 years of the charity bringing the joy of learning and making music to thousands of children and young people over that time. It’s so important that we continue to give opportunities for all young people to experience the fun, community and fulfilment from music – I’m excited to see what the next 40 years will bring!"
To end the birthday year Berkshire Music Trust felt it was time to update their brand, logo and name. Not too different: just a little friendlier to reflect their new mission and values in line with their updated strategy. They are striving for a more inclusive place where people come to explore, be inspired and enjoy all things music.
