Good Evening, We're from Ukraine! A Benefit Concert for Ukraine

Good Evening, we are from Ukraine! 
The Reading Ukrainian Community Centre together with Reading Borough Council would like to announce a benefit concert at the Reading Town Hall on February 17th.
The concert will showcase the beautiful richness of Ukrainian culture.
 
Since Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine on 24th February 2022, Ukraine has endured a devastating war, where communities continue to be destroyed & torn apart. The money raised at the concert will go to aid the Ukrainian people.
 
BBC’s Matt Allwright, presenter on The One Show & Watchdog will host the evening’s event.
Amongst the acts will be the outstanding dance ensemble “ Prolisok”, who appeared on the BBCs One Show. The dance group will be premiering a special written dance for the fundraising event.
Other acts include Mirage, who perform a modern take on Ukrainian songs.
Playing the bandura the national instrument of Ukraine is London ensemble “Band Era” who took part in BBC’s Radio Berks carol concert in 2022.
These and other special guests performing both in English & Ukrainian will take to the stage.
