GLOW Lantern Parade 2024

Bring your loved ones together as Reading's magical winter lantern procession returns on Saturday 7th December! Join the parade and walk together in candlelight to Town Hall Square for a magical musical finale. A heart-warming celebration of the festive season filled with lights, music and community spirit.

In the run up to the event, lantern-making workshops will once again be held across Reading so that everybody has the opportunity to come along and make their own beautiful willow and paper lantern for the procession.
