Beat:Cancer's Summer Gothmas
Summer Gothmas is an annual free entry event run by Beat:Cancer on Saturday 4th July 2026, held at the Castle Tap in Reading: featuring a lineup of excellent DJs, a VERY well stocked bar, and BBQ manned by the B:C crew… not forgetting the obligatory B:C Raffle of course!

With an unmissable closing set promised by Shark/Dinosaurs hybrid DJ monstrosity Karkasaurus, and with a host of top DJs joining them, this is going to be the highlight of your GothSummer calendar:
Food
Whilst the event is totally free to attend we are offering a delicious freshly grilled buffet for just £12 per session.
The BBQ will be fully catered by the B:C team, with Vegan, Vegetarian or Meat options. So no need to bring your own labelled bag of food, and no more pressure for the grill crew to remember which burger/halloumi/whatever is yours!
This year all grilled food will be gluten free, all salads will be vegan and gluten free!
