Christmas Carols

Come to our concert to sing and enjoy carols with Reading Haydn Choir

Get right into the Christmas spirit by coming to our carol concert.  It'll be held at the St William of York church in Upper Redlands Road - RG1 5JP on 13th December, starting at 7pm.

As well as performing  some of the Christmas carols that have proved most popular with our audiences over the years, we'll be singing the Halleluiah Chorus and other seasonal classics from Handel's Messiah.  And please join in with us to sing old favourites like Once in Royal David's City, O Come All Ye Faithful, and Hark the Herald Angels Sing.  When we've all finished singing, our Choir will serve you with mince pies and non-alcoholic wassail for you to wash them down with.

Please bring your friends and family along.  It's free for children who are less than 12 years' old and just £8 for all others.

After the concert, we'll be making a collection in aid of Launchpad, Reading’s leading homelessness prevention charity, which we see as a highly worthwhile cause, especially at this time of year.
