A relaxed morning course for all!

This five-week course is suitable to all abilities, and covers all the basics skills required in making your own homemade bread rolls, basic loaf, flat bread, soda bread and focaccia. During the course, you will acquire basic skills and knowledge to knead, prove and shape different types of bread and gain confidence to work with yeast, to enable you to practice other recipes at home.
You will be taught by practical demonstration and discussion, and your learning will be assessed by ongoing monitoring and tasting.
