Basic cooking skills to prepare healthy meals

Suitable for all abilities, this course will take you through the basics cookery skills and techniques you will need to make everyday meals.

During this nine-week course you will also learn about basic food hygiene and how to cook safely in the kitchen.  The course Tutor will also cover basic healthy eating principles.

You will be taught by practical demonstration and discussion, and learning will be assessed by ongoing monitoring and tasting.

You don’t need to bring anything for the sessions, and all resources are included in the course’s fee.
