Recycled Fashion

This ten-week course is an informal way to develop creative skills, learning to think outside the box and create something new from something old.

You will begin by selecting your materials (unloved garments, old curtains and textiles, broken jewellery) and planning a design around these items.

You will then work to transform your materials into one-off items of clothing or accessories through pattern cutting, fabric manipulation, sewing and embellishment.

Basic kit and equipment will be provided and guidance on additional kit required will be given by the tutor.

Please bring your unloved garments to the first session with you.
