Nathan Caton is one of the most exciting young comedians on the scene. Gigging since the tender age of 19, over the last decade he has established himself both as a circuit headliner, and a name on TV and radio.

Within his first few years on stage, he had picked up various accolades and coveted plaudits including the Chortle Student Comic of the Year award and Broadcast Hotshot and written and starred in a pilot for Paramount Comedy (now Comedy Central) entitled The Nathan Caton Show.

Since then Caton has gone from strength to strength, wowing audiences at comedy clubs up and down the UK, and on his numerous TV and radio appearances, with his delightfully charming blend of personal and political comedy.

Opener: Hyde Panaser

Hyde Panaser hit the comedy scene performing for over an hour for his first ever set. He is founder and regularly headlines a comedy night called Humili-Asian, which offers a platform for comedy acts who want to test a stage of all levels.

Hailing from West London, Hyde is trained as a graphic designer, but has worked within the Asian media industry from the age of 15. Performing music to various crowds, moving on to radio and progressing into comedy. He has produced, written and presented a number of hi-octane radio shows for community radios, including breakfast shows and specialist music shows. He has also appeared on TV and film, speed dating in Gurinder Chadha’s movie “It’s A Wonderful Afterlife”. He was also featured on the BBC Asian Network as part of Meera Syal’s Comedy Night, celebrating the next generation of Asian stand-up comics.

When it comes to comedy he considers everyone a target, his observational storytelling style takes you on a journey of numerous subjects to dealing with the different cultures he comes across living a multicultural lifestyle – at home with his parents! He has previously opened for Imran Yusuf, Jason Rouse, Felix Dexter, Papa CJ, Shazia Mirza, Robin Ince, Paul Sinha, Nathon Caton and many more talented acts. Hyde has had the opportunity to perform at some of the top comedy venues and theatres around the country including, Watermans, The Comedy Store, Downstairs at The King’s Head, The Comedy Cafe, Alexander Theatre (Birmingham), Millennium Stadium (Cardiff) and many more.

He has attracted interest from various media including Timeout, Asiana Magazine, Eastern Eye, BBC Asian Network and InsideDesi.com. He was runner up in The Olympia New Act Competition 2011 and Semi-Finalist in The Golden Jester Comedy Competition 2012. He has also been a finalist at The Comedy Store Gong Show numerous times.

Hyde has debuted his show “99 Problems But My Beard Ain’t One” at the Camden Fringe 2018 where he performed 5 exclusive shows. He looks at the social perceptions towards someone who looks like him. Spontaneous (in the losing her keys rather the kitesurfing way), Aideen McQueen is one of the brightest sparks in the new generation of Irish comics. She’s sassy, sexy, saucy and, most importantly, side-splittingly funny. 

Aideen appears regularly on RTE, TG4, BBC Northern Ireland and BBC Radio 4. She is one of the resident comperes at the world famous International Comedy Club in Dublin and has appeared alongside such acts as Sean Hughes, Reginald D Hunter, Ardal O’ Hanon, Dylan Moran, Johnny Vegas, Phil Kay and Frankie Boyle.

She has performed at many festivals including The Vodafone Comedy Festival,The Electric Picnic Festival and Prague Comedy Festival. In 2019 she had two sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. 

Andrew Mensah

Andrew Mensah is a stand-up comedian, presenter and actor from London

Having only begun his comedy career in 2018, Andrew has quickly gained plaudits and was recently crowned winner of The Cavendish Arms Summer Competition 2019.

His relatable style and ability to speak on his life experience in an unapologetic manner has established him as one of the most exciting emerging comedians on the circuit today.

Alongside his fledgling stand-up career, Andrew is also the host of BT Sport’s hit show ‘What I Wore’ where he interviews footballer’s based on their lives and careers. Andrew was originally hired at BT Sport as an apprentice and worked his way up to the digital team where he was instrumental in creating and pitching the format of ‘What I Wore’. Having impressed so much in the development process, he was given the opportunity to present the pilot, an opportunity with which he has grabbed and has not looked back from. Andrew has interviewed many high profile footballers including: Steven Gerrard; Gareth Bale; Rio Ferdinand; Robin Van Persie; Pep Guardiola and many more. Accumulating a total of 10 Million views across all social media platforms.

Through ‘What I Wore’, Andrew has gone on to become a highly sought after and knowledgeable sports presenter. He has conducted sit down interviews with emerging stars like Callum Hudson Odoi, Tammy Abraham, James Maddison and his ground breaking interview with his cousin Ebere Eze on the estate they grew up on did huge numbers on social media with over a million views across YouTube and Twitter.

Andrew was also the voiceover for BT Sport’s 2020 promotion and BT’s WWE launch campaign.

Lee Hudson

Lee was a semi finalist in the 2018 ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’ competition and a finalist in the 2019 Roast Battle UK tournament.

His dry mix of self deprecation, observational humour and storytelling has seen him perform at clubs both across the UK and internationally. In the US he has appeared on the Comedy Central and All Things Comedy podcast networks.
