These weekly meditation classes cover a wide range of engaging topics. They include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life and are not to be missed! The programme consists of a dynamic combination of guided meditation and teaching, all aimed at enabling students to develop a daily meditation practice and become skilful meditation practitioners.
These classes are taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
