Especially suitable for beginners you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.

During this course you will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have har­­mony in your relationships.

At the end of the course you can choose one meditation to focus on and train in at home to continue to experience these benefits for yourself.
