Weekly Meditation Classes for beginners in Reading

Every Wednesday 7.00pm (excluding term breaks)

Buddhist teachings reveal a blueprint that anyone can follow to awaken their fullest potential for happiness. Learn the core insights and practices of Buddhism in a practical and accessible way – from meditation and mindfulness to reincarnation, karma and how to attain the supreme peace known as nirvana. The course is taught by Buddhist monk Kelsang and is suitable for everyone.

July 6: Creating a positive future and purifying our mind

July 13: Intro to the four noble truths

July 20: Where do our problems come from?

These classes are run as courses but you don't need to attend the full course and can just come along to individual classes as you wish.
