Meditation is much more than breathing meditation. In this five week course you will discover a powerful sequence of guided meditations that will help you develop beautiful thoughts and intentions that will enable you to change negative habits of mind. Challenge yourself and increase the depth and experience of your meditation practice.

You will be given:

  • 5 weeks to deepen your meditation practice
  • 5 new meditations to transform negative habits
  • 5 new perspectives to make your life better

September 8: The Challenge to meditate

September 15: Challenge Your Negative Thoughts

September 22: The Happiness Challenge

September 29: Changing Challenging Views

October 6: The Challenge of Compassion

These classes are run as courses on different topics - you can just come along to individual classes as you wish.
