Healing, Wellbeing and Happiness

A short course of guided meditation techniques to help balance your energies and see how it is possible to help heal yourself, improve your qualities of mind and feel good.

This sequence of meditations are simple, yet can have a deep impact on your mental and physical health. In Tibet, where they were practiced widely, they were shown to bring great peace and happiness. In addition, for those with strong motivation, these techniques were used to heal people of what were incurable diseases in a land that did not have modern hospitals.

In this 3 week course Gen Nyingpo will explain and guide these beautiful Buddhist meditation methods. You will learn to:

  • Uncover your inner energy
  • Cleanse and purify your body and mind
  • Become happier, calmer with more compassion

August 17: Stay Healthy, gain balance & energy

August 24: Detox your body & mind

August 31: The inner strength of happiness

These classes are run as courses but you don't need to attend the full course and can just come along to individual classes as you wish.

These classes are taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for over 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
