Russell Watson With The Royal Philharmonic & The NHS Choir

New date: Sun 24 Jul 2022, 16:00

Update from Heritage Live

Following the recent announcement delaying the ease of restrictions, Heritage Live has taken the terribly difficult and heart-breaking decision to reschedule its Englefield House shows to 2022. Despite these shows taking place just after the newly proposed 19th July unlocking date, the set-up and build for these events would have to have begun from 12th July for concerts of this size, with no guarantee that they would be able to go ahead.

All original tickets remain valid for the new dates.

Russell Watson will perform a very special 'Last Night of the Heritage Proms' outdoor celebration with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, supported by the fabulous NHS Choir in the beautiful grounds of Englefield House, near Theale, Berkshire, on Sunday 24th July 2022!

This unique 'Last Night of The Heritage Proms' show with Russell Watson will be conducted by legendary composer David Arnold and feature the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, composer and producer Mike Moran, coloratura soprano Christina Johnston, and very special guests The NHS Choir!

Russell will perform an array of classics from much loved standards such as JerusalemLand of Hope and Glory and Swing Low, through to affirming and uplifting showstoppers including You Raise Me Up and Bring Him Home, alongside a very special Phantom Of The Opera medley.

This unique outdoor evening experience will feature a spitfire flypast and a fireworks finale!

£1 from every ticket sold from the event will be donated towards the NHS Charities Together, the collective representing, supporting and championing the work of the NHS’ official charities.

Please note: This is a picnic concert and you are welcome to bring a picnic in a small rucksack with a camping chair and blanket. If you wish to purchase a reserved seat directly in front of the stage, please opt for a Golden Circle reserved seat in Blocks A, B, C or D, which are reserved 'theatre style' seating in front of the stage, arranged in rows. Please note that if you purchase a seat in the more expensive Block A, it entitles you to 'hospitality' allowing admission to the VIP Guest Area, which includes VIP bar, VIP toilets and further relaxed unreserved seating.

If you wish to sit/ stand on grass and bring your own camping chair and/or blanket, then please purchase a 'standing ticket' as no chairs are provided for this area, although deck chairs will be available to hire on the night.

Alcohol must be purchased on site. Please note that this is an outdoor concert, so please dress appropriately. Car parking tickets can be purchased in advance with your concert ticket, or on the night by cash. Please allow plenty of time for your journey to and from the venue as the local road infrastructure is very limited.
