Rose Windows Sewing Art Class

Create fabric art inspired by the Notre Dame

Enjoy a day out in beautiful and relaxed surroundings and compose your own fabric artpiece inspired by the Rose Windows of Notre Dame, Paris. In this workshop you will be using a range of recycled fabric scraps to create a 50 x 50 cm colourful fabric interpretation of a stained glass window.

Level: Intermediate. Participants should be familiar sewing light to medium weight canvas on their sewing machine.


Includes - A range of fabrics, ribbons, bias binding, Interfacing, thread. All required equipment, ie Scissors, seam rippers and other cutting tools.

What to bring - Your sewing machine and sewing pedal, fabric scissors. If you wish to use your own fabric you may bring any scraps, old or new fabric in colours that you wish to use.

Please bring a packed lunch as there are no catering facilities. Refreshments will be provided.
