Series Bookings

• Click on Booking and More Information to start the wizard
   
• First select the concerts you wish to include in your subscription and the number of packages (seats) you would like to book for each concert and click next.  You will see a summary of the concerts selected, click next to continue or back to change your selection.
   
• Choose your seats for the seating plan/s.  The plan will show seats that are available for all of the concerts you have selected at that venue allowing you to enjoy the same seat for the whole season.  You can use the tools at the top to switch between seating areas and zoom in and out of the seating plan.  You need to select the number of seats according to the number of packages you chose in the first screen -  eg if you have two packages you will need to select two seats from each venue plan. Click next to continue
   
• Select the appropriate ticket price (full price or concession) for each seat and click next.
   
• Subscription discounts will be automatically applied in the basket and you have the option to save 20% on your concert programmes by ordering in advance and adding to the basket.  Pre-paid programmes will be available to collect from the programme stand at the venue on arrival.
   
• *Supersubscribers* - If you are booking for all 11 concerts there is no need to add programmes to your basket as you are entitled to a free programme voucher for every concert. Programmes will be available to collect from the programme stand on arrival.
